Our service technicians will perform a 60-120 minute Performance and Safety Check including:
  • Blow out drain trap
  • Carbon Monoxide test
  • Check and record compressor volts and amps
  • Check and record refrigerant pressures
  • Check and record temperature in ducts
  • Check filter
  • Check humidifier
  • Check ignition and flame
  • Check pilot and pilot safety control
  • Check system for proper drainage
  • Check thermostat operation
  • Clean burner compartment
  • Clean flame sensor
  • Clean outdoor coil with a non-acid cleaner
  • Infrared inspection of heating system & water heater
  • Inspect blower and motor operation
  • Inspect electrical wiring
  • Inspect indoor coil (if accessible)
  • Oil motor and lube as needed
  • Test and check limit safety control
  • Visually inspect wiring
